Knowledge, it’s said, is power. But, in the corporate world of cut-throat competition, static knowledge doesn't suffice; one needs to be armed with the know-how of the latest developments. And that is, questionably, the biggest challenge facing HR personnel today. Considering the unbelievable pace at which changes take place in the travel industry on a regular basis, how can one possibly stay abreast with the ever-evolving dynamics of the trade?

There are no two ways about it. Knowledge needs to be updated on a regular basis; which means organisations have to invest some amount of time, money and energy for the purpose. The need of the hour today is development of multi-skilled personnel. Formal education and training therefore is gaining ground which we at Bird Academy are constantly re-enforcing and making sure the felt needs of the travel and aviation companies are met.
