 Getting trained here by the visiting as well as the resident faculties was a perfect mix of almost all the knowledge one needs to be in the tourism and aviation world, specially for someone like me who comes from a completely different family background with no links with the travel trade. Here the first thing told to us was “Not be Travel Agent but a Travel Advisor”. Being trained by the professionals who themselves are into this industry working with the Airport Authority, as travel advisors, with the CRS companies and people who have traveled the world are there to share the experiences.  The one year course here gave me ample knowledge and confidence to work with a renowned travel agency’s implant in a MNC. It helps me handle the travel related issues of corporate travelers who travel all around the world and want their trips to go prefect. Thus, training here made this tough task go easier to provide them the best service one expects from a travel advisor.
